Your responsibility as an agent
The service presents information supplied by you. It does not book flights, issue tickets, confirm live availability or independently verify a reservation. Before sharing, check traveller names, airports, dates, local times, operating airlines, baggage and ticketing with the original booking source. Only upload information you are authorised to process and share.
Accounts and access
Keep credentials confidential and use separate employee accounts. Personal signup requires email verification and platform approval for account conversion. Access also depends on the company role and enabled features. You must not access another company’s data, resell shared credentials, disrupt the service or submit unlawful or misleading content.
Plans and payments
Basic remains free. Per Employee is £1.99 monthly per additional active user, with one Company Admin free; annual billing is £23.88 per additional user with no discount. Company 25 is £20 monthly or £216 yearly and includes 25 total accounts. Unlimited is £99 monthly or £1,069.20 yearly for one company under fair usage. The invoice states the amount due. Payment reports require administrator verification before subscription activation.
Renewals, changes and refunds
This release uses manual bank transfers or an external payment link; creating an invoice does not itself authorise recurring card debits. Same-plan renewals extend the paid period. Changes to plan, cycle or seats start a new period on payment confirmation, without automatic proration. To stop renewing, do not purchase a further period. Contact us about billing mistakes, cancellation or refund requests. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Availability and service changes
We aim to maintain the service and correct reported errors, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free parsing. Keep your own copies of important booking records. We may restrict abusive or unauthorised access and change the service or plans; material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated to the account contact.
Ownership and shared documents
You retain rights in your submitted content and agency identity. You permit processing needed to provide the service and the sharing actions you request. Airline names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. You are responsible for the recipients and protection of links you create.
