Copy to an email editor
Use the formatted copy button, then normal paste into an HTML/rich-text message. Paste-as-plain-text strips formatting. Some email apps adjust layouts or block images.
Direct email requirements
Your plan and company settings must enable email, and Super Admin must configure an available server-mail, SMTP or SMTP2GO transport. Sender display name and reply address can be personalised.
Protect a shared itinerary
Optional PINs contain six letters or digits. Share links are snapshots, so editing the original does not update an existing link. Disable an obsolete link and create a new one.
Troubleshoot delivery
Check recipient spelling, spam folders and delivery logs. A provider acceptance confirms handoff, not inbox arrival. Avoid repeatedly resending an uncertain delivery.
