Copy the relevant display
Include flight segments and passenger names when available. Avoid unrelated terminal commands. Do not send passport details or payment information in support examples.
Check the travel year
Cryptic dates frequently omit a year. Select the intended travel year and review both outbound and return dates. Pay particular attention to year boundaries and next-day arrivals.
Review incomplete input
Flight-only quotes can be parsed without passenger names. Manually enter each name on its own line when supplied. If a segment is missing or ambiguous, correct it against the booking before sharing.
Reservation versus ticket
A confirmed reservation status is not evidence that a ticket was issued. Verify ticketing, operating carrier, baggage and schedule changes with the booking source.
