Forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If the email belongs to an eligible account, a time-limited reset link is emailed. Use a new unique password of at least 12 characters.
Verification and approval
New personal accounts verify their email before platform approval. An approval email is sent when the administrator approves an account.
Office access
Give employees individual accounts instead of sharing credentials. Company administrators can deactivate access when someone leaves. Password resets revoke existing account sessions.
