Copy the formatted itinerary into a rich-text email editor. Email clients can adjust fonts and spacing; use ordinary paste and ensure plain-text mode is off.
Direct email
Eligible users can choose a sender display name and reply address. The platform uses its configured mail transport; acceptance by a mail service does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Browser share links
Create an unguessable itinerary link, optionally protected by a six-character alphanumeric PIN. Share it with the intended traveller. Links expire and can be disabled; a shared link represents the itinerary snapshot at creation.
